Baku Telephone Communications Production Association (BTCPA) has been restructured and renamed.
According to Vergiler newspaper, BTCPA has been restructured and renamed to Baku Telephone Communication LLC.
The LLC operates under the Ministry of Transport, Communication and High Technologies.
