The fourth international jam festival will be held in Qabala on August 27.
The festival will be co-organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Qabala District Executive Authority, Azerbaijan National Culinary Center and National Culinary Association.
The festival will involve representatives of over 10 countries, as well as Azerbaijani regions.
The jury of the festival will choose the best jam makers to award in different nominations.
