President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to King Philip of Belgium.
The letter states:
"Your Majesty. On my own behalf and on behalf of the Azerbaijani people I extend my most sincere congratulations on the national holiday - the Day of the King's Oath to you and through you to all Belgians. On this remarkable day, I wish a good health and happiness to you and peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Belgium."
