Head of state has signed a decree.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree approving the "National Action Plan in 2016-2018 for the promotion of open government."
Central and local executive bodies are instructed each year until December 30, to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers and its Commission on fight against corruption reports on the implementation of the activities arising from the "National Action Plan in 2016-2018 for the promotion of open government" and to approve the annual work plan for the implementation of the Action plan and to provide this information in electronic form to the Commission on the fight against corruption.
