Azerbaijan Airlines "AZAL" has announced the launch of a new campaign on the occation of May 9 - Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War.
In the framework of campaign, the Soviet Union Heroes and those awarded the Order of Glory 3 degrees, the participants and invalids of first, second and third groups of the Great Patriotic War, the widows of the wounded, shell-shocked and the victims of the Great Patriotic War will receive a free ticket in any direction of AZAL route network.
The campaign also provides a free ticket for one accompanying passenger.
Ticket issuance will be held from April 11, 2016. Dates of departure May 3-12, the date of the return is at the discretion of the passengers.
"Azerbaijani people own most of the credit for the achievement of the Victory in the Second World War.
We have great respect for those who gave us this victory. For the national carrier of Azerbaijan it is a great honor to give veterans the opportunity to visit any city of our available destinations," vice-president of AZAL Eldar Hajiyev said.
Veterans can apply for tickets to the box offices of AZAL and in the offices of the airline in the territory of foreign states. To purchase a ticket please show a social document confirming belonging to the category of the Great Patriotic War veterans.
