The Ministry of Culture and Tourism has halted giving special permit (license) to legal entities and individuals for hotel and tourism activities.
According to the Azerbaijani president’s decree dated 19 October 2015 on “Reductions of types of entrepreneurship activities for which special permit (license) is required, simplification of the procedures of giving special permit (license) and provision of transparency”, the giving of special permit (license) will be done by the Ministry of Economy and Industry through ASAN Service, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism told.
