The business councils of Azerbaijan and Russia have signed a cooperation agreement.
The document was signed by the chairmen of the Azerbaijani-Russian and Russian-Azerbaijani business councils Samad Gurbanov and Alexey Repik on the sidelines of the 9th Azerbaijani-Russian interregional forum held in Baku.
