One of the historical monuments built in Hazra village of Gusar region is the tomb of Sheikh Juneyd. One of the represntatives of Safavis dynasty Juneyd has died in a battle with Shirvanshah I Khalilullah’s troops in 1460 and was buried in Hazra village of Gusar region.

The residues of Sheikh Juneyd’s corpse have been moved to Ardabil after the Safavids came to power in Azerbaijan. Afterwards a tomb has been built on the grave upon the order of the Safavid ruler I Tahmasib. It is shown on the inscription at the facade of the monument that the tomb has been built in 1544. The monument built from baked brick consists of a main quadrangular building and rooms - cells on its corners. There are doorholes on each of the 4 walls of the tomb. There is a staircase to the domb of the tomb from the inside of the fourth cell. The inside surface of the tomb has been covered with glazed blue and dark violet boards of the height of 1,42 m, the upper part of the interior has been plastered.

The decorative fragments made from glazed brick have been saved in the outside surfaces of the tomb up to now.
