The Nehram sanctuary is in the cemetery where burials take place till present, and represents the big complex consisting of the mausoleum, a mosque, a premise for the imam, and other subsidiary structures. In the mausoleum, which is the basis of the complex, there is a tomb which is a place of worship. On a tomb there is tombstone covered with a sheetrock and covered with a black coverlet. Pilgrims visit a tomb, do donations and make sacrifices. On a tomb there is no inscription specifying the person it belongs to. According to the legends extended among people, in a tomb rests Seid Agil, the seventh Shia imam, son of Musei-Kazim. Inside the mausoleum, on walls, on southern, top and right part of the altar there are inscriptions of religious character in frameworks in the form of an arch, and also it is mentioned that all calligraphic works in the mausoleum have been executed by the master named Mehdi.
